Indian Govt. takes time to study the Tamil Problem in SL PDF Print E-mail
Indian government needs some time to place a solution to the Tamils of Lanka. We have to study the to and fro of the political situation in that country.

We have come to Lanka to visit the people in the camps and to get them resettled in their lands says D.R. Balu.

They went to Jaffna and Vavuniya yesterday.  From Palaly they were taken to Jaffna by helicopter and from the fort they went to the Library where they met the leaders of Jaffna. TNA leader Remidius stressed the need for immediate resettlement and then the development.

Present development is not we want but resettling the suffering brothers he pointed out. Almost all leaders requested resettlement of the displaced. Then from there they went to Vavuniya where they met the people detained in camps. There they had direct talks with many people in the camps. When they were about to leave the camp they promised the people they would take action to help them get resettled fast.
